Good Morning
My name is Chef Asheesh and I would like to submit a proposal for your birthday / special request. A little about myself I am a third generation culinary professional who was classically trained in Europe. That does not make me a "Food Snob" but quite the opposite I embrace flavors from around the globe and fuse them to produce dishes.

Lets start the evening off with a few nibbles while you both enjoy a glass of bubbly or whatever your beverage of choice is.
You supply the beverage and I will supply the nibbles.

Panko Crusted Baked Spinach and Cheese Ravioli
Chicken Lollipops with a Sweet Bourbon Glaze

Lets move to the table where you both will start with

Chicken and Waffles
Black Truffle Waffles with Crisp Chicken served with Spicy Honey Sauce

Pan Seared Scallops
Jumbo Scallops pan seared and served with a lemon beurre blanc sauce

2nd Course
Branzino con Di Pomodoro
Pan Seared Italian Sea Bass with Heirloom Tomato Reduction

or

Tuscan Chicken
Succulent Chicken seasoned stuffed with crab and Served with a creamy garlic sauce

or

Oolong Marinated Chilean Sea Bass
Marinated for 24 hours steamed then baked served on a bed of Bok Choi and Baby Corn with a sweet ginger soy sauce

Sides will be discussed once Entree has been chosen.
