My name is Chef Asheesh, I would like to submit a proposal for your new years celebration. A little about myself I am a third generation culinary professional who was classically trained in Europe.

Bacon Wrapped Filet of Mignon cooked to medium rare accompanied with a medallions of chicken with a rich creme sauce
Chive and Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes

Individual Red Velvet Cake with Peppermint Chantilly Cream and Espresso Chocolate Sauce
Other Infomation
I am known for my sauces. I will make separate dishes for the vegetarian guest what will be in keeping with the theme of the other dishes. All Sauces for the vegetarian guest will be made with vegetarian ingredients.
