I have amended the proposal as per our messages.
I will communicate with Mr. Laffont and family as to their breakfast desires on Friday and will ensure that they are well fed. Breakfast will follow in similar to the suggested menu below.

I will be in attendance at the parking lot for "tailgating" event. Details to be discussed. I will have a grill and butane stove to ensure that we can have a great experience for them.
