Sous Vide Chicken Breast with Tarragon and Chive Sauce
Bacon Wrapped Filet of Beef with bourbon horseradish Sauce

Third Course
Panna Cotta with Mixed Berry Coulis
Warm Molten Chocolate Lava Cake
