"Hello. My name is Chef Stacy. I graduated with a Bachelors of Technology from New York City College of Technology in May 2019. My major was Hospitality Management with an emphasis on Culinary and Baking and Pastry. Through my studies I've become diverse in contemporary cuisine, vegetarian, deluxe desserts. I have worked as a caterer for 12 years and am proud of my growth within the industry.
I envisioned creating a menu that will not only fill your stomach, but gives your tastebuds an unforgettable experience by combining creativity and skill to produce dishes with an exquisite and unique taste.
This menu is just a suggestion I'm open to creating something different."
