My name is Ryan McSherry, I would absolutely love to help make your Husband’s 61st birthday special and romantic! I have spent over a decade working in some of the best restaurants in the country, and have specialized in making Handmade Pasta for the past 5 years. The menu that I have put together for your evening is based entirely on recipes that I had while touring Italy for research, earlier this year. Your menu includes food from Lazio, Tuscany, Piemonte, Campania, & Sicily. Furthermore, I am pairing the perfect wines for each dish, focusing on bottles that are less-commonly found in the States. Finally, we will finish with Nutella Cheesecake and Espresso. If you need, I would be more than happy to help decorate & set the table to increase the “romantic” atmosphere!
