Throughout his distinguished career, Chef Rivera has had the privilege of working at The Four Seasons Restaurant in New York, one of the city’s most prestigious culinary institutions, where he refined his commitment to luxury dining, impeccable service, and culinary excellence. His experience in world-class hospitality has shaped his philosophy of delivering exceptional guest experiences with every meal.
Chef Rivera also established a respected reputation as Culinary Director for the Firemen Hospitality Group in New York City and Washington, His extensive culinary expertise spans Mexican, Italian, American, Japanese, Spanish tapas, and contemporary international cuisine, allowing him to create innovative, customized menus for clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Chef Henry’s food was amazing! We requested a French menu and he made such a delicious and elegant meal. His wine pairings were also spot on. He was quite pleasant and fun and comfortable in our open kitchen. He was very easy to communicate with and overall we had a splendid evening!
