Thank you for considering me for your special occasion! My name is Didem Hosgel. I grew up in Turkey where I was introduced to fresh, seasonal, and organic Mediterranean cooking. After moving to the United States, I worked with Chef Ana Sortun as a cook at Oleana and then as Chef de Cusine at Sofra where I refined my culinary craft. As a personal chef, I bring all of my traditional values from home and combine them with my professional restaurant experience to create harmonious menus and serve them in the comfort of your home.
