Mediterranean, Middle EasternGrowing up in Turkey, where East meets West, I was introduced to many different cuisines all with a focus on organic, seasonal, and fresh food. I moved to the United States to pursue my culinary passion where I met my mentor, Ana Sortun of Oleana, Sofra and Sarma. Under her guidance, I refined my craft as a cook at Oleana and later became the Chef de Cuisine at Sofra for 5 years. I became a Personal Chef to bring restaurant-quality experiences into the comfort of your home. With a focus on Mediterranean cooking, I create harmonious menus catered to your preferences and occasion. I work with only the best ingredients, local whenever possible. Though I mainly serve the Greater Boston area, I am able to travel for the right opportunities.
