This is a feast menu, the way Italians dining, a sit down dinner with courses,


Appetizer:

Warm cheese Roll stuffed with
Ricotta and fresh herbs

Drunken grapes and salmon skewers

Mini crisp scallops topped with Panko and lemon sauce


Dinner is served,

First Course

Classic Caprese Salad, Heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, balsamic vinegar reduction, extra virgin olive oil,
Blueberries


Second Course

Raviólis served with mushrooms truffles sauce. ( raviolis stuffed with mushrooms)
Gluten free choices too

Third course


Herb Crusted Lamb chops, served with pimientos sauce


Dessert:

Sabayon cream served with
Fruit berries,

Or

Afogato
Fresh brew expresso, served with a Vanilla scoop of Ice cream
Biscotti and Lemoncello


Proposal includes,
Chef and a helper, sourcing the food, cooking, serving and clean up after dessert.

This menu is a classic, yet very flavorful and it’s also ideal if you offering a relaxed dinner, it does take longer sitting at the table with courses. I will bring a server too.
