Good Afternoon Brenda, My name is Matthew and im a private chef in LA. Im a 30 veteran of the restaurant business and I grew up in an Italian family. Here is my take on an Italian dinner and this is what I would cook if I could cook for my family. These are ideas and if you pick me as your chef we can fine tune this to your liking.
