good afternoon McKena , I hope this finds you well. I was brought in an Italian family and its the reason im a private chef. Ive done a couple of these cooking classes revolving around Italian. We can cover making homemade caesar dressing, making home made pastas and different cuts. Making gnocchi, we can do regular or using sweet potatoes.
