Soup: Authentic French Onion soup with cracked peppercorn and Parmesan cheese.

Appetizer: Creamy Roasted red pepper risotto with sauteed wild mushroom.

Entree; Wild Local Whitefish
Meunière (French Pan-Seared Whitefish) or Chicken Breast
Topped with a lemon sauce and fresh parsley

Sides: Ratatouille Vegetables
With baked local eggplant, zucchini, squash, basil and tomatoes

Entree: Corsican Lemon Panna Cotta with a strawberry chocolate sauce.

Mentioned. I am all very conscious of chemical based perfumes and products that interfere with the body’s nature hormones and processes.

As a chef I practice food as medicine sourcing only organic natural foods and am open to working with you guys on the sourcing of ingredients.

I am open to changing up the menu to whatever preferences you may have.
