Served with a tomato basil marinara sauce

Sides: Chef's Balsamic Lemon Grilled Rainbow Vegetables

Dessert: Italian Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with a Triple berry sauce

I wanted to include a 3-course fresh and flavorful Mediterranean Italian Fusion Menu, with some of my most requested dishes.

I can certainly work with the dietary restrictions and the shellfish allergy.

I am open to changing up the menu to accommodate any changes you may want to make.
