In my younger years after moving to the United States from St. Vincent and The Grenadines at the age of 15. I got the opportunity to intern at Tribeca Grill in NYC after many years I became the Sous Chef, then the Executive Chef. I studied and received my culinary arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education.
My experiences throughout the years include James Beard Foundation, Kristen Ann Carr Fund, Beat Bobby Flay, Taste of the NFL and LA Food and Wine Festival. These occasions transformed my ability to infuse Caribbean ingredients while utilizing international techniques. I am here to create unique culinary events leaving a memorable experience.

Kamal is absolutely fantastic! We hired him to make the birthday celebration of one of our friends extra special. He is the consummate professional - a balance of friendly but out of the way when appropriate. He arrived early, prepared a KILLER brunch, and cleaned up so thoroughly. Can't stress enough the quality of the food - beautiful, complex, flavorful and well presented. Truly a five-star experience. Needless to say, I'm looking for excuses to hire him again!
