Crab Cake Scotch EggChef Kamal here, I am a hardworking, passionate and talented Chef ready to cater to you from thought to finish. In my younger years after moving to the United States from St. Vincent and The Grenadines at the age of 15. I got the opportunity to intern at Tribeca Grill in NYC after many years I became the Sous Chef, then the Executive Chef. I studied and received my culinary arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education.
My experiences throughout the years include James Beard Foundation, Kristen Ann Carr Fund, Beat Bobby Flay, Taste of the NFL and LA Food and Wine Festival. These occasions transformed my ability to infuse Caribbean ingredients while utilizing international techniques. I am here to create unique culinary events leaving a memorable experience.

Chef Kamal was incredible! Not only was the food out of this world, but he worked with my family to create a menu that served everyone in the party's specific needs. He was communicative, professional, and kind - all the qualities you could ask for in someone creating this experience. We very much enjoyed our "Night to Remember" as a birthday celebration, and would highly recommend to anyone considering his services!
