Hi I am Vincent an Italian American chef who prepares authentic Italian meals, I am new to this platform but not to cooking I have over 30 years experience in creating great dinner parties. I created this menu based on a variety of dishes that will satisfy all
guests, I also included the options for a vegetarian dish. I can also design other menu options based on the dishes you would like to enjoy, for example a Chicken Franchaise in a lemon butter white wine sauce can replace the Roast Pork, we can do an Eggplant Rollatini in place of
the Pasta. Whatever you like can be easily prepared for you!
