Pan seared Alaskan salmon with white wine, garlic, lemom, butter , capers.
Served with asapargus and jasmine rice.

DESSERT
TIRAMISU MOUSSE
A classic mouuse with coffee liquor.

Hi my name is Chef Vincent, I have over 30 years experience as a professional chef, from small intimate dinner parties to large events I have created wonderful dinning experiences. I love the private dinners as it allows me the opportunity to be creative and interact with my clients.
I created this menu based on your initial request I would be happy to create other sample menus upon your request.
