OLIVE TAPENADE
Green olives, Kalamata olives, roasted peppers and french brie on crostini

SHRIMP SCAMPI SHOOTERS ( or we can do a shrimp cocktail)
Shrimp in a lemon butter white wine sauce served in shooter glasses.

CAPRESE IN A GLASS
Fresh mozzarella, tomato, cantalope and proscuitto served in a martini glass with a fig balsamic glaze.

WISEGUY GRILLED CHEESE ( FROM MY TV SHOW)
Arugula, smoked mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes and proscuitto in breaded sliced bread and frien in olive oil.

A Penne Pasta with a San Marzano Vodka Sauce!

Hi Iam Chef Vincent I have over 30 years experience has a professional Chef, I have created many special dinners for clients from small groups to large full scale events. I enjoy the private dinner experience as it brings me back to my roots and allows me to get creative and cook in an intimate setting for my clients.
I created this menu based on your initial request please keep in mind that I can create other options if needed.
