FIRST COURSE
COUNTRY SALAD

Arugula with asparagus,beets, toasted walnuts and goat cheese with a light Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette.

SECOND COURSE
MALIBU RUM COCONUT SHRIMP
Gulf shrimp battered in coconut flakes and fried golden brow, served with Malibu Rum Sauce

THIRD COURSE
RIB EYE
Rib eye steak with a Gorgonzola sauce ( can be served on the side) or a balsamic glaze.

DESSERT
NY CHEESECAKE WITH FRESH BERRIES.

KIDS
We can do a pizza making class while the adults are eating the Entree

I am new to this platform but not new to cooking I have over 30 years experience in creating dinner parties, private events and cooking classes. I created a sample menu for you based on your request, if you need any changes or would like me to design another menu option please let me know.
