Hi I am Chef Vincent I am new to this platform but not new to cooking , I have over 30 years experience prepairing meals for small dinner parties to large galas. I created this menu based on your request, I combined an Italian Asian Fusion Menu to create a mix of food options for your guests. Please keep in mind that I can custom make any menu ideas you may have. I would be happy to change any item or add to the menu at your request. Let's have a fun birthday party with great food and great memories!

My proposal includes one server for dinner service and clean up.
