Butternut squash bisque, roasted beech mushroom, creme friache

2nd course

Spinach ricotta raviolo, roasted garlic cream with black truffles, oyster mushroom, English pea, aged Parmesan

3rd course
Asian style NY strip, soy garlic honey marinated, shishito pepper purée, Thai basil, maitake, haricovert, pee wee potato
Or
Miso sake broiled salmon, citrus ginger butter

These are all more exciting Asian twists on dishes I can also do the more standard fare of potato purée, red wine Demi glacé, maitre d butter with steak
Or my maple ale braised short ribs are always a crowd favorite.
