Hi, I’m Eric , I live in the North Park area so I’m not too far away. So for your meal I was thinking similar to a fancy steak house where they bring out a nice big plate with just the steak and whatever garnishes you prefer on it then the sides are more a la carte/family style. Or if you wanted a composed plate I could also do that. I’m flexible I can accommodate whatever you prefer. Would need to know ASAP , I would need to start prepping tonight.
