Hi Jim!

I'd love to cook for you group and help celebrate your retirement! Hopefully this menu serves as an introduction to my writing style and some of the possibilities, I’d be happy to make any changes you’d like to get everything just right. I've got plenty of options for an Italian theme so please let me know if you'd like to see other options.

This menu starts with a cocktail along with a few hors d’oeuvres that offer variety in flavor and composition to get your appetites working for dinner.

For dinner I wrote courses that move through a spectrum of seasonal flavors showcasing premium ingredients and handmade craftsmanship. Let me know if you’d like clarification on any of these dishes. I'd be happy to offer wine pairings as well if you'd like but they are not included in this price. We can chat in more detail about what might pair nicely if you decide to move forward.
