Thank you for reviewing my proposal! I've written this custom menu for you and your fiancé to enjoy. I chose to focus on deep, rich ingredients with bold and decadent flavors to highlight such a celebratory evening. I'm flexible, if there is something listed you don't care for I'm happy to work with you to get every bite just right. I'd like to serve a champagne cocktail during the snack and would love to help select wines if you're interested. I'll attach some photos of my work with the proposal but since this menu is custom for your event I don't have any photos of these specific dishes. Looking forward to hearing from you!
