Thank you for reviewing my proposal! I've written this menu to help celebrate your husband’s birthday! I chose to focus on deep, rich ingredients with bold and decadent flavors to highlight such a celebratory evening. I'm flexible, if there is something listed you don't care for I'm happy to work with you to get every bite just right.

I'd love to offer a cocktail with a few hors d'oeuvres to start the evening. Dinner begins with a fresh pasta course followed by a complex scallop dish. Finally a satisfying, decadent dessert. This menu is fun and engaging with balanced flavors that really pop.
