I have also been working privately as a chef where I cooked in many events, galas and professional stadiums. My style of cooking is modern Peruvian/ Asian but I also like to use ingredients from all around the globe especially from my travels. Seasonal and farm to table approach but playful.

Chef Rob made a beautiful and delicious dinner for my closest friends and family for my 40th birthday. As a new mom of a newborn — this was such a wonderful and fun option. I will def book him again for our next occasion.
