My name is Facundo Kairuz. I've been working in the culinary industry for over 12 years.
As an Argentinian I have an Italian background, I also work in several Italian restaurants in Manhattan.
I love cooking and creating special moment for my guest. I know that when people get together there is always food involved, so why not make it the best!

We can make the menu more in your like and mix and match ingredients. I'm more than open to modify and make any dietary restriction changes as needed.
