Lobster orecchiette (Love this! is the Orecchiete house made? If so, let's go with that. If not, can we switch to something like that black and white linguine you used to serve at the restaurant?)
Orecchiette pasta, fresh main lobster meat, lobster reduction

Braised short ribs
sweet roasted mashed yams, asparagus, seasonal vegetables

Pumpkin Panna Cotta, seasonal berries (Open to something else if pumpkin is not in season)
