Pasta: we’ll make several different kinds of pasta with 2-3 sauces. Pappardelle, fettuccine, farfalle, penne, orecchiette, and even ravioli are all options. We’ll make a marinara (can do Bolognese if you are meat eaters), pesto, and can do a brown butter sauce if you opt for the ravioli. Also will include an appetizer (crostini) and dessert (either a cake or granita - you choose.)
French:
Salade Lyonnaise (bitter greens with warm bacon-shallot vinaigrette and a poached egg),
Coq au vin with braised vegetables, Chocolate soufflé.
Mezze:
Hummus, smoky baba ganoush, labneh with spices, and homemade pita,
Lemon chicken and roasted veggies, Rice pudding with orange blossom water, cardamom, orange segments, & spiced pistachios.
Also, feel free to reach out if there are any changes you’d like to make to a menu above or would like to incorporate something specific into the class.
One request: would you be open to pushing the class time to 3:30-4? I have an ongoing meal prep client until 2:30-3.
