In this 2-hour class, we'll cover sushi-making from start to finish, from rinsing the rice, selecting & cutting fish, to shaping rolls. We'll even make a green tea ice cream for dessert. I'll bring everything, including fish, vegetables I'll show you how to cut, wasabi, pickled ginger, nori, bamboo mats, chopsticks, and recipes.

After ten years cooking in NYC's restaurant kitchens, I moved to Alaska, where I was the pastry chef and culinary instructor at an adventure lodge.
