It is my pleasure to offer you my Birthday dinner menu! First, I suggest starting with Borscht (red beet soup) with garlic croutons, beef threads, farm sour cream and dill, then continue with Badridjani (herb and walnut stuffed eggplants) and / or raspberry scallop ceviche with avocado, pickled red onion, cilantro and lime vinaigrette. Then, try my Harvest salad (Seasonal vegetables, squash charred puree, coffee soil, ricotta mousse, “Harvest vinaigrette”).
As a main course - Spice-roasted Halibut with Carolina Golden broken rice pirlau , heirloom carrot, and rhubarb or/ Chicken-Kiev with mashed potato, mushroom julienne, veggies and voulet sauce or/and NY Strip with horse radish cream, garlic confit mashed potato and seasonal roasted vegetables.
As a compliment, I will provide a special dessert.
