Hi,
I am Chef Lesa and I have created a menu just for your wife’s birthday dinner!
I can definitely accommodate this for you. How it works: I would arrive about 2 hours before dinner would be served, set the dining room table up with flowers, menu card, dinner ware and linens. I would then start to prep for dinner and flow the courses out slowly and in accordance to how fast or slow they are eating. I would clear each course, and serve them with a clean plate, tending to their wine or beverages they are drinking. After dinner is complete, I will clean up, sanitize the kitchen and head home.
Just a little note, I do bring all my kitchen equipment that I need, so I am not disrupting their kitchen in any way.
It is quite simple and I’d love to be part of making this night special.
