I have put together a southeast Asian inspired menu. I kept it vegetarian, but if you want to add in chicken we definitely can.
I am thinking that this style of food is best shared family style. Starting with two grazing boards for the table and the main items would be in bowls/platters shared in the middle of the table and finish with a plated dessert.

I will typically arrive 1-2 hours prior to dining time to prep. I will provide printed menus for the table as well as any specialized cooking equipment I might need. If you need China, silverware or linen rental I can coordinate for a small fee.
