My name is Chef Violette. I’m fairly new to platform, but have 15 plus years experience with catering and special events.

I would love the opportunity to be part of your valentines brunch.

I’m very open to any menu changes based on personal preference.

Typically I will show up 1-2 hours prior to the event. I provide China, napkins, silverware, menus and some small floral decor. I will provide all my own cooking equipment. Just need your space, stove top, and oven.
