Hi,

My name is Chef violette. While I am new to this platform I have been working in catering for over 15 years.

I would love the opportunity to be part of your dinner. I am open to any modifications or preferences you have.

I will normally arrive 1-2 hours prior to your desired dinner time. In that time I will set up the dining area. I provide china, silverware, linen napkins, menus and floral decor for the table.

Once the dining area is set I will begin to build your grazing board. Many people like to snack on this before they sit down for their meal.

After grazing we will have you and your guests seated and begin your tasting menu.

I am very flexible to change any menu items if there is something you feel isn’t a good fit.

I’ve attached some photos for you to get an idea of what this menu will look like. Garnishes May be slightly different as all my events are customized and one of a kind.
