Hi Theresa,

My name is Chef Violette. I’m fairly new to the platform, but have 15 plus years experience with catering and special events.

I would love the opportunity to be part of your Mother’s 60th birthday celebration. You mentioned fusion, modern American, and Italian.

My mother (also around 60) is Italian so I went with some of her favorites I’ve done before.

I’m very open to any menu changes based on personal preference, but wanted the menu to feel classic yet decadent.

I’d like for you to choose the dessert option as people tend to lean one way or the other more chocolate or less rich for dessert.

Typically I will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the event. I provide China, napkins, silverware, menus and some small floral decor. I will provide all my own cooking equipment. Just need your space, stove top, and oven.
