My name is Chef Violette. I would love the opportunity to be part of your special day.
This menu is gluten, dairy, and soy free. Please let me know if you need any other modifications or substitutions.
I will provide China, Flatware, Linen Napkins, Centerpieces and printed menus.
Once I have the area set I will begin preparing your grazing board so that you are able to snack while I cook your meal. You are welcome to observe and ask questions or dine privately.
I will monitor your pace and go by that for the following courses. Once you have finished eating I will clean up and pack any left over food for you in disposable containers.
