I’m Chef Violette. I would love the opportunity to be part of your special day.

I specialize in one of a kind custom menus. I have attached some inspirational photos for your event. The food items will be adapted to your specific needs.

I typically will arrive hours prior to your dining time. During that time I will set up the dining area. I provide China, flatware, linen, centerpiece, and printed menus.

Once set I will do a grazing board for you to share while I prepare you meal. You are welcome to watch preparation and ask questions or enjoy time to yourselves. We will move through the next courses at your pace.

When finished I will clean up and leave any left overs in disposable containers in your refrigerator.
