Hello,

My name is Chef Violette. I would love the opportunity to be part of your Mom’s special day.

I am new to this platform but have been catering and private cheffing for over 15 years.

I typically will come 1-2 hours before your desired dining time. During that time I will set up the dining area. I will bring China, Flatware, Linen Napkins, Centerpieces and printed menus.

Once I have the area set I will begin preparing your grazing board so that you are able to snack while I cook your meal. You are welcome to observe and ask questions or dine privately.

I will monitor your pace and go by that for the following courses. Once you have finished eating I will clean up and pack any left over food for you in disposable containers.

If you have any modifications, special likes/dislikes or dietary needs I’m more than willing to accommodate.

I have attached some sample photos. Please note that Garnishes and side dishes may differ as all menus are customized specifically to your needs.
