Penne alla VodkaI’ve been cooking all my life. I grew up in a Caribbean household surrounded by food and decided to take my knowledge of Caribbean food and create new dishes. Ive worked with many renown chefs and have learned a lot from them. I went to the Institute of Culinary Education and graduated in 2016. I love being able to cater to different tastes and will always be open to learning new techniques.

I have to be honest the whole day was stressful and disappointing. I was told 11am arrival, then 12:30, finally arriving at 1:50. My event started at 1 and we had no food until 3:15. I was also worried there wasn’t enough food when everything was prepared. I would not use this service again.
