My name is Ken Falk
I have been a private chef for over 25 years. I’ve worked in homes from palm beach, NY and Aspen. I put together a menu for your NYE party
I noticed you wanted surf and turf but gave some eclectic app and entree choices that would be put together as a surf and a turf. Willing to discuss other options if you’re looking for a traditional lobster tail and steak dinner too.
My price would include bringing 2 servers to help.
Also I basing on a sit down but could do A buffet style if it works better for you
