I have over 20 years experience as a chef in constantly the best restaurants in DC and NYC also 4 years as a private chef and in catering being the Executive Chef to the Saudi Ambassador. Because of Covid I have transitioned to the TableHome platform and private dinners just for small parties for obvious safety reasons. For your dinner I would traditionally have the Canapés on a reception table with disposable cocktail napkins all these will be party friendly finger foods. I will also be able to provide service that would include setting and clearing the plates just as a server would in a restaurant along with water and wine service when necessary. I'm a level on Somm and would love to assist you with an approiate wine selection or create a signature cocktail. I'm always flexible don't hesitate to ask.
