I have over 20 years of experience as a chef in DC and NYC's best restaurants and also 5 years as a private chef as the Executive Chef to the Saudi Ambassador (who's also a part owner of Cafe Milano). Because of Covid I have transitioned to the TableHome platform and private dinners just for small parties for obvious safety reasons. For this dinner I'm going to transition your home dinning room into a Michelin caliber Italian restaurant in addition to the food I handle dinner service just as a waiter would and complete cleaning creating the best atmosphere for this event. For this Special Birthday I really wanted to focus on your former life and current love of Italian cuisine using only the best ingredients. I'm also certified level 1 somm and can happily assist you with an wine options or pairing if interested a great Barolo with this menu might knock your socks off . I'm very open to any menu ideas,requests, or changes you may have just message me.
