I have over 16 years experience as a chef in constantly the best restaurants in DC and NYC also 4 years as a private chef and in catering being the Executive Chef to the Saudi Ambassador. Because of Covid I have transitioned to the Table@Home platform and private dinners just for small parties for obvious safety reasons. For this dinner I'm going to transition your home dinning room into a fine dinning restaurant in addition to the food I handle dinner service just as a waiter would and complete cleaning creating the best atmosphere for your anniversary. I'm a certified level 1 somm and can happily assist you with an wine options or pairing you would be interested in @ cost. I'm very open to any menu ideas and requests you may have just message me. One of my strong suits is mimicking any dishes from other restaurants or experiences you may have had on your travels creating a truly romantic surprise.
