My name is Henry Lebard and I would be delighted to prepare a lovely birthday brunch for the eight of you. For the menu I have made sure that the birthday boy will have his red meats :) and you will have options without red meat.
As you have requested a brunch, I have proposed brunch-style foods, but if you would prefer lunch or non-breakfast style foods please let me know!
All ingredients that I use are organic wherever possible, including vegetables, fruits, and meats. When in season, I use herbs from my garden and home-grown microgreens, as well as fruit and vegetables (tomatoes, figs, lettuces and chard).
I want this private dining experience to go just how you would like, so please let me know of any requests, questions or ideas you may have. I am all ears and eyes to preparing whatever you might like (I have included other photos of dishes should they inspire you). Looking forward.
