Other Infomation

Hi Carol,
I've just edited the menu and updated the price to 575 as mentioned in the messages. I appreciate your correspondence very much. I want to make sure this special evening goes how you would like, so please let me know any requests or substitutions you might like to make for any course.
(The remainder of the proposal below is the same)
My name is Henry Lebard, and I would be delighted to prepare a relaxing, fun, and delicious French-themed dinner for the two of you. I have proposed a menu based on traditional French and European cuisines.

I source my meat from a high quality butcher, Butcher's Alley, in Bethesda, Maryland that I trust deeply. Their meat is always of high quality and well-sourced. I also would like to serve this meal with fresh French baguette, that I source from a French-owned bakery called 'Fresh Baguette'. They bake several batches throughout the day, and the baguette is always warm and soft upon purchase.

The moule marinieres are the most classic form of French 'moules' and as is tradition, I serve them with fresh French baguette. This will allow you to enjoy the delicious sauce cremeuse in which the mussels sit.

I would be very happy to hear from you regarding any requests, questions, or ideas you have. If you like, send me a reply by hitting the message button below! :)

Very best wishes,
Henry Lebard
