Fresh bread will be sourced by French-owned bakery in Bethesda, MD and purchased the same day it was baked

First Course
Garden Salad with Feta cheese and house-grown microgreens
Boston Bib lettuce, apricot-Dijon vinaigrette, brassicas and sunflower microgreens

Main Course
Filet Mignon and oyster mushrooms with asparagus
Butcher's Alley beef with ground rosemary and salt rub,
Garlic-paprika spiced sauteed mushrooms, charred asparagus

Dessert
Creme Brulee
Torched creme topped with seasonal fresh local fruit (likely blueberries and or raspberries)

Hi Tom,
Well, as you know, my name is Henry Lebard, and thank you for the invitation to make a proposal on your request. I would be delighted to prepare a relaxing, fun, and celebratory birthday dinner for the three of you. I have proposed a menu based on your requests and have made sure not to include seafood. One of my favorite things to make are steaks because I get to make my ground rosemary seasoning, and even better I can serve it with the crowd-favorite mushrooms! Plus, in the salad I'll be excited to include a few of my home-grown microgreens, as well as nasturtium flowers. :)

Regarding calling you, unfortunately this website deletes numbers from all messages and correspondence until we have confirmed our meal, so that chefs and clients do not "go off" the website (Table at Home would risk losing their commission). Otherwise I would be more than happy to discuss the meal with you.

Please let me know the size of filet mignon you would like, Tom, so I can ask the butcher to cut off portions. I would suggest anything from the six to nine ounce range.
