I used Table at Home for a private dinner for 2 to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. Because of her dietary restrictions I was concerned about finding a chef that would be able to accommodate yet make a great meal. Enter Chef James. He was AMAZING! He not only revised his menu to fit her needs, but also took the time to research the FODMAP diet she had been put on. Once the menu was set, Chef James reached out to me with a few questions about my kitchen. We confirmed the time and he showed up promptly. My wife was completely surprised and Chef James prepared an impeccable 3 course meal. He set the table before we ate and made sure our wine glasses were never empty.
