I am a well educated and practiced chef with ten years of experience in fine-dining restaurants. Classically trained in French culinary arts, I focused early on French and Italian cuisine. Then, I worked extensively with Thai, Filipino, Korean and Japanese in New York City. Next was a jump down south to Charleston to learn more about Southern cuisine and barbeque. I now work full time as a Private Chef here in sunny California; working private events, meal prep, and cooking classes. I love the freedom to create special experiences for my clients.
